The fresh hops produced some fabulous citrus and fruity flavours, which we able to duplicate on a larger scale brew. Until our stainless tanks arrive from China, Cavalier in Derrimut have kindly allowed us to use their equipment.

We also used the best quality Australian Malts, plus a small percentage of imported crystal and Munich malts. We are currently working on two other popular beers, an IPA and a Pilsener to add to the range. Stay tuned for the progress!
