Surf Coast Blonde is a whirlpool blend of three hop varieties showcasing tropical fruits, citrus flavours and a smooth bitterness. According to Jamie Roydhouse, “Cascade hops contribute citrus flavour and aroma, Hallertauer hops contribute an earthy aroma and the addition of Northern Brewer hops give the beer a light herbal aroma with a hint of floral.”

Surf Coast Blonde is an easy drinking ale but not lacking character and can accompany a wide variety of food, or can be enjoyed as a refreshing drink on its own. This original handcrafted ale will appeal to a wide range of drinkers.
